I AM ASKING THE MINIMUM WAGES W.E.F. 01.10.2011 TO 31.03.212. THE AFORESAID LINK IS NOT SHOWING THE ABOVE PERIOD OF WAGES.

Minimum wages depend from state to state. There are 35 states and wage rates of all states are different from each other. You may, however, check the information about wages from the site of Ministry of labour at the following site:
