PERHAPS YOU COULD NOT UNDERSTAND MY QUERIES.AT FIRST I ASKED ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES WHO RESIGNED.BUT AFTERWARDS I MODIFIED AND ADD ABOUT THE RETIRED EMPLOYEES,BECAUSE ONE ESI ENFORCEMRNT OFFICER TOLD OUR EMPLOYEES THAT ESI BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE AFTER RETIREMENT BY PAYING AN ANNUAL FEES.SO I RA WANTED TO CONFIRM IT FROM CLUB.
SO QUESTION OF REPEATATION DOES NOT ARISE.

Sorry to say "you are saying wrong". I have email dt. Wednesday, October 05, 2011 1:39 PM,which was sent by lci. Which says that "can any esi member avail esi benefit after resigning from service?"
Please dont missguide experts.

I also check your previous thread in which subsequent question, you asked "BUT WHETHER ANY EX-EMPLOYEE I.E.RETIRED EMPLOYEE CAN AVAIL THE ESI BENEFIT AFTER RETIREMENT.????"
