Please advice

My case of child's custody, access and divorce is put up in Bandra family court, Mumbai.
At present, custody of my 5 year old child is with me.
My husband's lawyer is Advocate Mrunalini Deshmukh. She is very aggressive and influensive.
Can you please suggest me few good lawyers who would be equally competitive to Advocate Deshmukh and would give a good fight in the court.

dont worry upto 7 years the child must be with mother, if female child upto major.

yes mr sheik explained well more over we have to view from other side too, if any default by caring of maintained then it may be other's favor.
As for as the deputing of lawyer concern, all lawyers are good but every where some exception.
If you really not satisfy with your present lawyer then you can switch over to other. But you have to think twice before it

I appreciate your suggestions sir, However, I m still looking at few names of good lawyers whom I can approach and who would be equally competitive to stand against Adv Mrunalini Deshmukh.

I don't agree with other experts, that female child up-to major would remain with mother. In child custody matters welfare of the child is the sole criteria.

Aggressive lawyers can be defeated by a calm lawyer.

There is no fixed period for child custody. Child may remain with you even after 7 years if his welfare demands so.

So far as change of lawyer is concerned, we are no going to suggest anyone for replacement as all are competent and you personally have to assess and engage any lawyer of your choice by making local enquiry.
