Reservation/ acquisition process

I have a piece of land which is 668 square meter. Out of this land 450 sq. meter is acquired (Reservation) by Municipal corporation and against this acquisition the municipal corporation made a payment on August 2010 Since then one year past but still the municipal corporation is not segregated land by their name 450 sq meter and by our name 218 sq. meter. My question is that what is the time frame for segregating land in case of acquisition by municipal corporation.
Please suggest me.

Strictly speaking, there is no time frame. However,check the acquisition notice. Some description of the land acq. must be there.

It might be clearly mentioned in the Acquisition Notification about the dimensions of the land be acquired/segregated so move a simple application to LAC to take possession thereto or you may also do so after verifying it from notification and annexed map thereto.
