Claiming property

Respected sir,
my grandmother have 7sons and 3daughters,in that my father passed away remaining 9members are alive.my grandmother also passed away,they all got my grandmother properties but i didnt got the property?
what is the procedure for claiming my grandmothers property?
whether i have rights to claim my grandmother property

Yes, as a son of a pre-deceased son (your father) you are entitled to get a share in the property left behind by your grand mother - provided there was no WILL left behind by her.
To claim your share, you have to file a suit.
Before that you have to indicate as to when your grand mother died? When did the other legal heirs got their properties?

Take the death certificate of your grand mother and sucession certificate containing your name and apply to revenue authorities to get enter you name on ROR.if you find that your uncles submitted the fake sucession certificate which doesnot include your name ask certified copy under RTI.
