A FLAT WHICH IS FOR SALE IS IN THE NAME OF MOTHER AND HER SON.THE SON HAPPENS TO BE IN UNITED STATES.THE POA WILL BE IN THE NAME OF HIS SISTER. HOW DO I GET POA FROM THE SON AND STEPS AND NORMAL TIME THAT IT WOULD TAKE...

asktheson to execute POA at usa and which shall be autheticated by the consular section of indian embassy in usa which shallbesubmitted to the dist collector for attestation.

I agree with the views but in Tamil Nadu you have to submit the same before Sub-Registrar Office within 30 days of execution or within 30 days of receipt of the POA for validating/attesting.

When PA will be given in the name of the relation it does not requires registration( in karnataka) but if it is executed in others name it requires registration. In ur case PA can be executed in the name of sister. And regarding other procedures I agree with Arunprakash and piravi

I agree with Mr Arunprakash and
Mr Perumal and their view are correct .

The process as mentioned by Arunpraksh and Mr Perumal to be compleid ,before the POA acted up on in India .
