Dear Members,

number of seats granted under RTE Act
for admission of children in un-aided recognized private school
by the regularoty body/licensing authourity.

Number of seat is not mentioned in the RTE Act.

It gives the right of the child to have a quality education. This right is for seeking fresh admission and promotion.

This RTE act applies to all the schools irrespective of the govt or private.
