Taken on Board Application in High Court, Aurangabad

Hello,
I want to file an application for taking a matter on board which is not being heard from 20 yrs. Can somebody provide me a format for filling such an application.

you will have to engage an advocate . what is ground of urgency? are you a senior citizen . ?generally if matter is long causes matter it will take time to appear on board

First you have to see the matter is on record or disposed off , it is not possible at Aurangabad HC to remain matter pending so long.Some body has given wrong information.
