sir,
my husbands maternal grand father was the sole owner and purchased a property in his name.he was survived by
son(1)has a wife ,no children
daughter(1)widow ,died childless
daughter(2)4 sons
daughter(3)1 son 2 daughters died 2 months before daughter (1)
i would like to ask
1)should daughter (1) share be taken out.
2) will the children of daughter(3) gets any share as their mother has died before daughter (1)
3)what will be the share of the children of daughter (3) in the property.

sir my husband;s maternal grand father ihad a wife)and four children.three daughters and one son.
actually he purchased the property in his wife name. .
so the properties even after the death of the mother it is still in her name. both husband and wife are dead.but the properties are still under her name.
she had three daughters and one son
(1) the son (m)is childless and he has a wife.he is 70 years old.
(2) eldest daughter died s a widow, was childless.
(3) second daughter is alive.(60) years old .she has four sons
(4) third daughter(my mother in law )died two months after her elder sister..she has one son ,two daughter.
