i want to know the meaning of legal terms "AFTERTHOUGHTS"

bse my wife created the false story after i file the case. i have a evidance in mahila paramarsha kendra.

can i say to court that this is afterthought of my wife which create a false story

After thought in legal language means false or a facts created after the filing of one defence. no this is not an after thought once she file her defence and thereafter produce any defence again then it is after thought.

ITS' A NOUN AND MEANS a comment, reply, etc, that occurs to one after the opportunity to deliver it has passed,
OR,
an addition to something already completed

SO YOU 'RESPOND' AND THEREAFTER CALCULATE IT TO FIND IN APPROPRIATE AND PUT AN OTHER VERSION BY ADDITION OR DELETION,LAW SAYS NO ITS AN 'AFTERTHOUHT' VERSION.
