You still asking "Procedure"...Not clear what you want us to tell you.
Procedure:420 IPC=Complaint=Triable as a warrant case as it has punishment up to 7 years.
On filing of the COMPLAINT,if the court takes cognizance,it will issue process summoning the accused.On his appearance,the complainant's evidence will be recorded,then the case is posted for Charge or Discharge.If charge is framed the accused will be given an option to re-examine any witness(s) previously examined by the complainant.Then remaining witnesses.........
What else you wanna know ?Please be categorical on the point.
