Registration of house site

31 years ago, an agreement for a house site was drawn. Despite repeated requests through courier letters, the buyer is not coming forward either to register the site or to get back his advance. We ACTUALLY need the 'Agreement' (not registered) for production in another court case involving this buyer.

Kindly, we pray, advise the means to get that 'Agreement'; R. Mohandoss

As the buyer is not ready to supply you the copy of alleged agreement so on the basis of alleged correspondence in your hand, establish that the alleged agreement was executed and further that the same is in his possession. Once it it establish then move an application under Order 11 Rule 12 seeking production of document from the side of buyer.

Thank you very much for your advise Sir.

It would be complete, if the relevant Act is also cited. (Order 11 Rule 12 of which Act...is not quoted). So, I am unable to proceed further Sir. Kindly help us.
