I purchased a dda flat(4th party) with unauthorised extended portion in which a person was having possession. The person sold the extended portion property renaming it as an independent dda flat. I filed a case for depossession and cancellation of documents of the person. Out of all registered documents the will and receipt executed by the original allottee in favour of first party that I have are proved to be forged while GPA is genuine and I have come to know that there is another receipt and will executed in favour of another person who has sold the unauthorised extended portion. If I admit this in court will my case be dismissed or I have some remedy. Other party has only photocopies of will and receipt registered with sub registrar and no other relevant documents in original. If I admit does this affect my ownership right over my property? Both GPA and will and receipt were executed on same date in different authorities.

I think the whole affair is full of janjat and jamela. I hope you have engaged a lawyer for your case. If so, better consult him and take his views for the simple reason, he is completely aware of the documents, what is the case about, what is the defence etc. etc.
