THE MALE COMPLETED THE AGE OF 21 YEARS AND THE FEMALE IS COMPLETED THE AGE OF 18 YEARS IS MUST FOR THE MARRIAGE. IF ANYONE CANNOT ATTAINED THE SAID AGE THEY WILL NOT FIT FOR MARRIAGE,AND ALSO LAW WILL PUNISH THE YOUNGER IT IS QUITE NATYRAL.

If Indina law is set the age of legal marriage i.e 21 for boy and 18 for girl then only they can go for register marriage if any. Mr M Sheik Mohammed Ali , how can ask about " have you marriage registration copy" is surprised. Whether our Govt Offices not adhering the age also for registration? The parents of boy definately can raise objection, they might also file criminal complaint against the girl side for illegally enticed the boy etc.

The marriage of under age boy with a girl of 18 years is not illegal. The law has fixed the age of marriage 18 for girl and 21 for boy. But if someone has married before this age their marriage is voidable and not ab intio void.

They are legally married in the eyes of law if they have proof of marriage, they need not any marriage regn. certificate, it wont be given to them because of under age boy.

The girl can save him by putting his evidence in the court at the time of argument on bail application of the boy. The court will consider all the facts and may release the boy from custody, it will take time to finish the case.
