Sir, i have 7 acres in my own town and now i am living in abroad and i gave power of attorney to someone to sell my property its government value Rs.15,00000 laks and my power agent sold to other party in Rs.9,00000
without my knowledge and he told me that now market value is lower than govt value what can i do for this? still i am not received money from my power agent

not possible to revocation of POA and Sales, if you can check whether the said amount is sale or not or high, if found that high then file a case for cheating me to poa.

power of attorney is given to the person who is most of in good faith of you and when that person have cheated the same it is not possible to take any action

If you have mentioned the saleable value in the POA, the POA cannot sell below that price.
If the saleable price is only a verbal condition, you loose the case.

Market value can never be lesser than the Government value. However, opinion of Mr. Arunagiri is right. POA, without any st precpnditon authorises the POA holder to dispose off the property as per his own terms.

You cannot revoke the POA for said land, if any another remaining in POA first off all you revoke the same,same time for the safer side accept 9 lacs in good faith,it seems u may loose this amt also.afterward go through the con taints of POA the exact wordings you may find any lacuna in it start litigation for declaration of nullity of sale deed.for details you may mail the copy of POA.
