If an injunction has been granted, file a vacate stay petition in the same court. If vacating stay is not possible, you can always file revision before the High court.
Contact your counsel if you feel that munsif court does not have jurisdiction and file a petition to have the plaint rejected on that ground.

The court can grant injunction at any stage as for as the Society election is concerned.
Once the injunction is granted, the aggrieved party can move the court for vacating the stay.
