Problems leading to Divorce

I want to discuss some personal family issues which are leading to divorce. These issues are also affecting the family life and professional as well as my child's life. For this i want to know how to sort this out legally. I have heard enough of times "please sort this between yourselves by talking to each other"; but all that is in vain inspite of numerous tries. I want to know of expert lawyers who are practising in Navi Mumbai - in and around areas like Vashi, Ghansoli, etc. for furtherance.
