That A ( seller )and B ( Purchaser )wrote a aggrement for sale of shop on 02/02/2002 and the registary time after 4 month i.e 02/06/2002. On the date of registary A ( seller ) not presented, B presented before Tehsildar. After that one approtunity given to A but he not came again and B again present before Tehsildar. B filed the suit for specific performance. The case is decided on 05/05/2011 in the favour of A ( seller ) on the ground of "Aggrement not registred" dated 02/02/2002. Now show me the way and guide me what to do ? is aggrement for sale must be registed ? If any citation , povide me ?

as per law any immovable sale must be register otherwise its not valid, you can ask at the time of decree we are ready to penalty of the registration fee, so you miss the bus

You may file an appeal, as all agreements are never registered and the seller cannot backout from his own agreement. It was his duty to get that registered before handing over the agreement to you. Even at the time of registration of agreement, buyer alone cannot register that, as his presence would also have been necessary.

Yes. If its registered document mean legally its enforceable by law.. So without doubt you may register that..
