A no confidence motion against the president of municipal committee Punjab was defeated as the opposition failed to prove majority
Can a requisition for no confidence motion against president be again given within a span of 20 days of having lost the earlier motion?
Can election of new president be held again within a span of 20 days

If you have definite support, you can try. But, mind it, he can try to convince court of law about the recent failure of no-confidence motion and would try to get stay order. So, better take some time, as a precaution.

There is a prescribed time limit between two motions of no confidence. It is not a child's play, saying though I lost in the morning, now I have the strength come on let us fight in the afternoon! The Members of the Municipal Council should at least know this basic.
