Dear Sir,

I have applied Konkan Railway landloser Job,but they have requested to submit the proof of relationship with the landlooser issued by revenue authorities along with Affidavite on Rs-100/- Stamp Paper
I want format of Affidavite with family tree
My Gandmother is Owner & 6 person co-owner
I am Grand Son

It is very easy. You may draft your affidavit as under:

I.........son of...........son of........(write name of your grandmother here), resident of .........., do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That my grand mother namely smt. ........wife of...........son of........was owner in possession of ............land 9description of land) as shown in Jamabandi for the year ............(refer revenue record showing name of your grandmother as owner of that land).

2. That aforesaid Smt. .......wife of Sh.........resident of ..............had .....sons and .daughters namely ......., ...........(names of sons and daughters serialwise) out of whom .........has expired (if any) leaving behind ....legal heirs (mention the names of all legal heirs of deceased son or daughter of your grand mother).

3. That Smt. ............wife of .......resident of ......... viz, grand mother of deponent, has expired on .........., the copy of death certificate is enclosed leaving behind ........... & ......as her legal heirs.

4. That the aforesaid land was acquired by Konkan Railways vide notification no. .dated.......thus the deponent is loser of land.
