I have obtained a decree from City Civil Court at Dindoshi and will have to file execution petiton now. Pl. advice if it is to be filed in the same court or higher one ? Also need a local (Mumbai) based lawyer for it. Pl. guide & help.

U can file an execution proceeding in the area where r u residing at present.
