Is it a high Court?

What is the delay period?
B.B.R.Goud. (Expert) 05 April 2011
it is as per the descretionary of the court, subject to the business of the court.

You may file a wp before the jurisdictional high court and get the direction to early disposal of the case

SIR,
YOU MAY KINDLY NOTE THAT
1.THE MATTER IS PENDING FOR JUDGEMENT.
2.YOU MAY FILE APPLICATION ON ANY DATE ,IN THE SAME COURT BY SUBMITING AN APPLICATION FOR ALLOWING TO TAKE THE MATTER ON BOARD.THEN YOU MAY SUBMIT APPLICATION IN THE SAME COURT FOR EXPEDIATING THE MATTER MENTIONING ALL GROUNDS.
3.YOU WILL SUCCEED AT VERY LESS COST.
4.BUT IN CASE YOUR APPLICATION IS REJECTED THEN YOU MAY APPLY FOR CERTIFIED COPY OF SAID ORDER AND THEN FILE A WRIT PETITION TO THE HIGH COURT FOR EXPEDIATING THE MATTER.GOOD LUCK.
