FEMA & Income Tax implications

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 30 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
My son is US based NRI.He wants us(Myself & My wife) to visit him,in USA. For this he would like to use his NRO a/c. for entire expenses including Return Airfare,Visa,Overseas Inurance/Medical policy, Foreign Exchange of about Us Dlrs 5000/ to 8000/, etc.The total Expenses may be about Rs.6.0 Lacs,Toal for both of us
what will be implications from FEMA & Income Tax point of view?
