sir, i just want to know that if a person in charged of the section 279/337ipc.and the complainant how made a complaint against accused was gone to abroad and no chance of return.in that case what will happen to the accuse the injuries are simple blant kind and he allready paid the the claim money

your mentioned all are bailable, if any fatal injury incident happend you can file a complaint and got claim insurence

contest the case or confess the case !
in both way there is no problem!

you pay in claim case!
criminal trail is still remain there!
trial is easy!
you can take benifit wants of evidence!
but this stage will come after a long time!
second if you file an application before the trial court that u want to confess in lok adalat. then it is also instent remedy!

If the complainant does not return and appear on some consecutive hearings, accused shall be acquitted.

thanks for ur kind help but i still want to know that if the injured party allready give there statement in the court and not come to the court for setlement.i want to finished the case in pre bargening on that regard i filed a recall application . what will happen if the party not come to the court and not ready for the settlement.
