If you have already got your own house, naturally you have to vacate the rented house. Still if you hold the rented house also, and if the old house collapses, the land lord may or may not build it. What money you will ask from the land lord. Why should land lord pay any money to you and what for? If you are living in that house you have to pay rent. If you are not living in that house you are not to pay any rent. That is all. Where is the question of demanding any money from the landlord? Where from you get such an idea?
