naraji petition or protest petition

(Querist) 11 January 2009 This query is : Resolved 
can anybody help me out with a protest petition or naraji petition??i urgently need a draft petition challenging the discharge of all the accused except the husband in a 498A IPC case, following police enquiry or investigation.

why dont u go into revision?

Revision is one remedy. But the complainant i.e. aggrieved person can always take objection for discharge of other accused if there is sufficient material on record to frame charges.
