sir, i wanna know what is d process of arbitration for vehicle finance as i am working with mahindra finance. please explain

You have to submit the plaint to your arbitrator, your arbitrator will take care of the rest of the things.

You have to first look into the Arbitration clause in your agreement which contains the procedure to initiate the Arbitration proceedings. You may also look into the provisions of the Arbitration and Concilaition Act. The Arbitration is deemed to have commenced with the issue of the arbitration notice to the other party with whom dispute arises.
