I would like to register My Company which provides service concerning Legal Advisory Serice in Civil and Criminal Legal criteria
under which title i will have to apply for ISO 9001-2008 ?
Basavaraj (Expert) 11 February 2011
Mr.Vinesh thanks for registering Legal Advisory Service.

ISO 9001-2008 -Indian Standard Organization- This certificate does not issue at the time of registering your firm.

It will be issued based on your firm performance standard and your firm work and style and etc should be complied with the ISO's terms and conditions.

Once this origination is okay with your work of standard then they will consider for ISO certificate.

I agree with Mr.Basavaraj, nothing needed to add.

ISO stands for International (not Indian) Standards Organisation and ISO-9001 is for quality management system as / if practised by the applicant organisation; In simple words, ISO-9001 requires the applicant "to do what is written and to write what is done". There are thousands of agencies who can competitively get this certicate for the applicant !
