Getting own Answer sheet of LLB Ist Year Subject

Can I get back a copy of my answer sheet of one of my Paper for LLB Ist Year under RTI as I m confident that i would have scored good marks but the result declared on 10th Feb 2011 show me fail in that paper.
If Yes, could you please give detail of procedure and reference of court Judgements in this regard.
