I am getting unwanted calls and sms from my early friend.I told so many times .But still coming .How can i give complaint under cyberlaw? To whom ? Whether I want to file directly before Court or police?

Simply lodge FIR at police station giving all details, but save copy of all records with you also.

It will not come under cyber law. Give a complaint in the local police station.
