Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 February 2011 This query is : Resolved 
A and B partitioned their property in the year of 1924. But aA not sold 1 acres land in his property from total extent of 4 acres. But some third parties created forged documents with A's property in the year of 1930. RTo Cancelled Subdivision for all the parties in the same field in the year of 1984. How can cancel the forged documents o above third parties. Legal Heirs of A are entitled any relief in the above one acre land?

Legal heirs will have to file a suit for declaration and injunction.

Document of 1930 cannot be challenged now.
