DEAR LAWYERS,

Can u plz provide me some authorities regarding the u/s 406,420,467,468,471 of ipc sections for obtaining anticipatory bail.

Why not plz specify the amount if in question? or 1 more thing u can ask ur client to randomly deposit the amount and take bail if possible?

in my opinion citations are not much relevent in bail applications and grant/refusal of bail depends on certain other parameters

without knowing the facts we the lawyers can't suggest u any thing, don't go in the sections of IPC,because facts and circumstances varries from case to case instituted in same section.and always remember that citations are not much relevant in bail applications as that is the power of discretion of the Hon'ble Judges,so pl clarify the matter then see our site's response because we are here only to help you
