Cancellation of nomination

My mother has made a fixed deposit in Post Office and has made me a nominee of it. She has made me a nominee of her bank account also. She has not taken my consent for this. Due to family dispute I do not want to be the nominee. But my mother does not agree for the cancellation of nomination. So, in this situation I like to refuse / cancel / make invalid the said nominations forcibly with the help of law. What procedure I should follow?

Normally to add as nominee consent is not necessary. If you have any objection you can give a letter to the concerned department.

Nominee getting amount on death of party will held amount in trust for all legal heirs.If you are not interested in nomination you make an application written by your brothers and sisters together that we have objection against this nomination and you shoud also sign it with endorsement no objeation.This will nullifuy the effect of nomination.
