my husband and me have too much cultural differeces .he has too much of ego as a male. he is also very suspicious by nature. i have suffered a lot of domestic violence. even then i tried to make the relation work. we had a big fight ,later he deserted me .

what are the action that can be taken againt him. i have evidences too.

he has insulted me and my family a lot of times.

1. issue legal notice and get divorce
2. file maintenance case u/s 125 Cr.P.C
3. file a complaint before a protection officer
for which consult a lawyer

File divorce case in Family Court of your area.In divorce case you can file Petition u/s 24 Hindu Marriage Act.

What type of action you want to take against him?
If you want to claim maintenance from him file a petition u/s 125 of Crpc.
If you want to stay with him you can file petition u/s 9 of H.M.Act.
If you want seperation you can file divorce u/s 13 of H.M.Act.

a similar case has happened to my friend in addition to physical abuse .he .has also forced her to leave the house. several attempts have been made to contact him by my friend ,her parents and me but he does not respond . he has also left the city without informing .

what are the actions that can be taken against him .
