Dear Experts,
Sorry to bother all of you in the same matter, however, recently, I had come across some court decisions stating that a diety is a perpetual minor. if it is so, can a diety can sell or develop the property to construct apartment & the sell the same to intending purchaser/s. if yes, as a legal advisor, how to give legal opinon about the clear title for obtaining loan by a borrower to purchase such flats, be given.
