respected all,
in a gambling case police recover the money from the table ,is there any procedure to release the money from the court during the pendency of the case.

Move before High Court under 482 CrPC.

Normaly during the pendancy of the case the money will not be released. However you can try in HC.

No. It cannot be sought at this stage. You can do it on your getting acquitted in the case. Otherwise you have no legal right to claim at this stage.
