S. 34 of Police Act

A person was booked under sectio 34 of Police Act.
What shall be the content of a guilty plea letter, i.e. how to write a guilty plea petition?
Can anyone provide me a sample please?

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY GUILTY PLEA PETITION.I HAVE YET TO SEE THIS PLEA IN ANY LAW.

Guilty plea petition is generally filed in summary trial proceedings.

There is no specific format, You can give a letter stating that you have done some other offense other than the offense described by the police. It is upto the magistrate to accept it or not.

Yes you can eiihter plea erbally or fle a petition making the admission of the guilt.

I think you mean confession before court. It requires no special format you can submit application confessing the guilt. That I have been charged for the offence under 34 police act. I confess my guilt and the matter may kindly be disposed. It is not necessary to confess he accused can contest the case. If you belong to UP the maximum fine is 50 Rupees. If you belong to Uttarakhand New police act is in force for the same offence but the Section is 81 and fine is 500 Rs.
