transfer deed to one instead of two

Hi,
Deed is in the name of me n my wife...now i want to give all right to the property in my wife name in my absence.

what is the process?

If you mean to say 'absence' by your death then you can execute a Will in that diectiion. But if you want to transfer your share in your lifetime then ether you have to gift your 1/2 share to your wife or make and register a deed of relnquishment in her name.
