yet after 2 1/2 years with submission of chargesheet no charges framed
can i demand further enquiry/investigation/interrogation, n how, n where, n under which section

The non framing of charges even after the submission of charge sheet does not entitle you to pray for re investigation.inquiry, interrogation or quashing. You have to check with your advocate why the charges were not framed. Generally the charges are not framed expeditiously due to dilatory tactics by the accused person himself. If the accused person is present on the scheduled date, I do not find any feasible reason as to why the charges were not framed. Even the Magistrate can frame the charge on such date een the Public Prosecutor is absent.
