I request Experts, expertise in Export matters answer to the following:

1) What are the necessary rules and regulations of Government of India ?

2) What is Export Code and from where it can be obtained.

3) In case of any dispute between the Exporter and Importer where jurisdiction lies?

4) Between the Exporter and Importer an Agency on commission basis working in Mumbai and any dispute arises whether the Commission Agent can file Complaint in Mumbai?

2. Allocated by Director General of Foreign Trade. Unique Identity code to all exporters and importers.

Thank you very much Sir, Shri. Parthasarathi.

The Export commodity is Meat and Seafood (Frozen)through the Commission Agent bu online trading from Mumbai to his Buyer in Doha and Kuwait by and through One Dragon Exports Office in New Delhi. The port of loading the consignment to consignee's destination is at Chennai. The Commission Agent business operation and office is in Mumbai. He wanted to sue the Dragon Exports who did not stuff the consignment on the date specified in the proforma Invoice and deceived the Commission Agent. On the other hand on certain false and frivolous grounds the Partner of Exports Company sent legal notice from an Advocate practicing in New Delhi Tis Hazari Court to the Agent. The notice is replied within time. What legal steps and whether Mumbai Court has got the jurisdiction to sue the New Delhi, Export Company?
