kindly let me know how we can registerd will of A(women property) whenever A(women) live in ghaziabad & she has two son. & her husband is no more. & property (flate) registerd her A(women) name what is the registerd will charges & what kind Formailities

You will have to register the will with sub/senior registrar of the concerned taluk. Witnesses are must, if one of witnesses is doctor it is good, so he can say the health condition of the executor of the will if it is challenged.
All the witnesses and executor should be present before the officer at the time of registration.
Regisration fess goes in accordance with state stamp act

Thanks Lci Members. i want to know more that will is compulsory or not for her childrens or childrens will take automatice leagal rights for his mother property. in mean time the childrens mothes has been died. n ther is no make a will or nor power of atorny by mother then what's the childrens right. n this case the childrens sale his mother property.whats kind formalities please advice
