I have got married two years back and have a child. My wife is working as a UDC in a government organization. However she is healthy enough to bear a child she has no interest in sexual life. This is partly due to physical (mismatch of genital organs) condition and partly due to psychological attitude. She is not cooperating for medical treatment. By fault, she used to say that I could marry another girl if I needed. I also frustrated and it disturbs my professional life. If I want to marry a girl with permission of my wife, what are the things I have follow, that will lead my second marriage legal.

In Indian jurisprudence the permission, waiver or acquiescence does not validate any act which is otherwise illegal. So, permission of your wife will be of no help as far as your second marriage is concerned. If she is so anxious about your s*x life then both of you better go for mutual divorce which should not take more than 6 months.

i agree with Mr. Barman
however, prior to taking any grave step its advisable to consult some psychiatrist or some counselor who can help you both in sorting out your sexual problem.

You may also take divorce on the ground of mental cruelty.

thanks to everybody. being a member of orthodox family she is not ready to consult with doctors. She is not at all reading guidance through internet. she is not willing for divorce but partially allow me to marry a girl if I interested.
