DIVORCE DEED IS VALID BECAUSE CLIENT RE-MARRIAGE AND REGISTAR HIS MARRIAGE IN REGISTAR OF MARRIAGE AUTORITITY SAYS THAT YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT THE COURT DECREE,

DIVORCE DECREE IS COMPULSARY FOR HINDU?
AND DIVORCE DEED NOTORIES IS VALID FOR REGISTRATION OF NEW MARRIAGE?

Only the competent court of law is authorised to grant decree for for divorce and only on its productions subsequent marriage by any or both of them could be registered.

Yes. It is mandatory for hindus. Notaries deed do not have any legal sanction in marriage laws of hindus.

Notaries can only document a marriage but cannot act as a Registering Authority as opined by our experts.
