Filing photos with or without Negatives ???

i am to file some photos in support of my claim in the court,should i deposit the negatives also to the court or not,what if court lost the negatives?

What is the general practice?........

If can pray for safe custody of those negatives and for this purpose you can keep those in a box under lock and key/

The negative is the primary evidence so you have to produce the same into court. As Mr. Barman say you can pray for safe custody.
