QUASH PETITION WAS FILED AFTER CHARGES WERE FRAMED AND PLEA RECORDED.EVEN WITNESSES WERE SUMMONED.HEARING WAS COMPLETED AFTER ARGUEMENTS FROM BOTH SIDES.JUDGE SAID ORDERS WILL BE GIVEN THE FOLLOWING WEEK.ITEM STILL APPEARING AS REGULAR ITEM IN CAUSELIST AND NOT REACHING SINCE MORE THAN 2 WEEKS.WHAT STEPS TO BE TAKEN TO GET THE ORDER FAST?

when the court is reserve it for order you should wait.

IF IT IS RESERVED FOR ORDER WHY IS IT APPEARING AS A REGULAR ITEM IN THE CAUSELIST EVERY 2 TO 3 DAYS.

Then you make a mention about this in open court to the concerned judge.

it was mentioned.B C said the judge wants to give judgement in court when item comes up.in spite of being listed item does not reach.
