if a lady file a case against a men by saying that a particular person harrasing her like comments on her dress anything may be,, what proof does that girl required to prove it in a court of law ,coz sometimes girls misused their rights against a man, what measure can a man take to prove his innocence.

REGARDING THE MATTER KINDLY NOTE THAT
1.GIRL COMPLAINING OF HARASSMENT AND TEASING AND TAUNTING AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT CAN COMPLAIN TO THE NEAREST POLICE STATION AGAINST THE PERSON WITH RELEVENT PROOF AND WITNESSES.THE ACCUSED WILL BE ARRESTED AND PRODUCED BEFORE THE COURT.
2.IN CASE ANY ONE FEES THAT HE HAS BEEN FALSELY INVOLVED IN THE CASE HE MAY FILE APPLICATION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL AND HAS TO DEFEND THE CASE IN THE COURT WITH THE LEGAL HELP.
