WHERTHER CIVIL JUDGE J.D. HAS JURISDICTION TO TRY THE CIVIL SUIT ON RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHT OF MOMEDIAN IN GUJARAT ?

In West Bengal it is yes and in the state of Gujrat it should also have the jurisdiction unless some other court is authorised to do by way of special statute.

yes.approach a good lawyer in guhrat and ascertain because it varies from state to state.in tamilnadu it is not possible.
