IN A STATE GOVERNMENT OFFICE PUBLIC MONEY SPENDS IN DIRECT CASH TO LABOURERS, SUPPLIERS,CONTRACTORS ETC.AND MAINTAINS ACCOUNTS AND ALSO SUBMITS MONTHLY ACCOUNT TO CAG.
IN SUCH OFFICE CAN A SUBORDINATE OFFICER SEEK DOCUMENTS OF ACCOUNTS FOR VERIFICATION FROM HIS SUPERIOR OFFICER IN WRITTING?

officers not responding and cic of west bengal not active.
i have collected forged vouchers from the record section of pr. accountant general through rti.now if i give it to higher officers of the department they'll send these to coldroom or do something to save them. i've also complained to vigilance in this regard but they are also slow and they can only recommend to the department but can not punish government servant.

what more i can do?
