Sale deed not recieved even after 5 months

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 26 January 2012 This query is : Resolved 
sale deed was executed on 8th of september 2011 in delhi but till now the registrar office is not giving the sale deed executed on that day. The officials of registrar says the they are not able to find your documents in the office and by saying this lingering the matter on and on.
what legal remedy is available against the registrar and his officials

File a police complaint and also make representation to the Collector of the area.

what acknowledgement you having for your deed's submission?

atleast did you got your document's number?

if you have your document's registration number mean just file a copy application for the same.. he may come out for answer you legally..

just keep your hand copies and stamp duties bill with you..

diamond should be cut by diamond only..

Do follow:-
1.Make complain application to the Collector and copy to ADM(F&R),Sub-registrar.

2.Thereafter, if not received within reasonable time say to 15 days, go to the H'ble high court for writ petition.

Use anna's SLAP mathod if the person of the registrar office is currupt. otherwise you can file an application cum complaint against him before Sub-ragistrar.

engage services of search clerk to find your documents rather than filing of writ . if inspite of efforst your papers cannot be found then only file writ
