If you are a party to that case, you can represent through an advocate. It is not necessary to wait till you receive the summons.

Dear Ria if you know the date of hearing then you file vakaltnama through some lawyer, If you are not sure if suit has been filed against you or not, in that case you can file a caveat in the court and court will call you when the suit will be filed against you.

Your query seems to be an imaginary thought, however you are advised to contact a lawyer to file a vakalat or you can appear before the court as a party in person on the hearing date without filing a vakalatnama.
